Fire seasons restrictions published by the Oregon Department of Forestry state that burn barrel burning may be allowed until July 1 with a permit. However, the public should be advised that Illinois Valley Fire District is not issuing any such permits.
Two Arrested in Jackson County after High Speed Pursuit
A Grants Pass man and Medford woman are in the Jackson County Jail following a high speed pursuit Sunday that ended with two patrol cars suffering damage, a Lincoln Town Car driven by the suspects receiving significant damage and almost 40 grams of meth being confiscated.
