Portland Woman Sentenced to an Additional 18 Months in Prison
Judge Lindi Baker sentenced 26-year-old Melanie Gould of Portland to 18 months in the Oregon Department of corrections Thursday. Gould pleaded guilty to identity theft.
Gould was already in custody after being sentenced to 6 years and three months by Judge Thomas Hull in February for racketeering, theft, delivery of methamphetamine, and five counts of I.D. theft.
This 18 month sentence is to be served consecutively, meaning Gould will spend an additional year and a half behind bars.
Judge Baker also sentenced Katrisa Lee Jones to a year in prison after she pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and second degree theft.
