October Arraignment Set for former Troon Vineyard Director & Girl Friend
Former Troon Vineyard director Christopher Martin and Jessica Stoble will enter pleas next month in Nevada on federal charges that they engaged in sex acts during a commercial airline flight from Medford to Las Vegas on June 21st.
The pair have an October 16th date in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas to enter pleas on one misdemeanor count each of performing lewd, indecent and obscene acts on an airplane.
The Judge ruled that the pair do not have to appear at their court dates and that their Las Vegas attorneys may represent them in proceedings.
If convicted, they face up to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine.
Martin has taken a leave of absence from his post at Troon.
