First was resolution 2013-017 expressing opposition to the Expansion by over 4,000 acres the Oregon Caves National Monument. The resolution was approved unanimously. Commissioner Hare will deliver that resolution to The Congressional Delegation in Washington tomorrow and Friday.

Central Point Woman Faces 10 Counts of Aggravated Theft
Jodi Lynn Setzer, 42, of Central Point, was arrested for identity theft and tampering with drug records last July for writing false prescriptions for pain killers while working for Dr. Carmeci. Setzer and her attorney met with Medford Detectives yesterday and was arrested and jailed on ten counts of aggravated theft for allegedly embezzling more than a quarter million dollars from three employers.
