YMCA Receives $400 Proceeds from August Donkey Basketball Game
Members of the Hillah Shrine presented a $400 check to the Grants Pass Family Y.M.C.A. Monday morning. The check represents the proceeds from a Donkey Basketball game hosted by the Shriners at the Josephine County Fairgrounds August 23rd of last year.

Ashland Council to Debate Modified Proposed Gun Law

Economic Injury Disaster Loans Available for Local Businesses
Small, nonfarm businesses and private nonprofit organizations suffering economic and revenue losses from the ongoing California drought may be eligible for special low interest loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration. Oregon counties considered impacted by the drought include Jackson, Josephine Klamath and Lake.

President's Holiday Closures Monday
In observance of President's Day, all state and federal offices including the DMV, U.S. Post Office facilities and banks will be closed Monday. City and County government offices, Rogue Community College, District 7 and Three Rivers Schools will also close for the holiday.

Grants Pass Will Not License Medical Marijuana Dispensaries
