Marijuana Tax Considered by Central Point Council
The Central Point City Council is considering implementing a tax on marijuana sales similar to taxes installed by Gold Hill and Ashland. The move is designed to preempt looming state restrictions that could block cities from collecting taxes on marijuana sales in the future.
