THREE ANIMAL MEATBALLS
1 POUND GROUND BEEF 1 POUND GROUND TURKEY 1 POUND GROUND ITALIAN SAUSAGE 1 LARGE ONION DICED 2 EGGS 1/2 CUP ITALIAN STYLE SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS 1/2 CUP QUICK COOKING OATS 2 T. ITALIAN SEASONING 2 T. VEGETABLE OIL
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 COMBINE MEAT, ONION, EGGS, BREAD CRUMBS, OATS AND SEASONING IN A LARGE BOWL. SHAPE MIXTURE INTO 1 INCH BALLS HEAT OIL IN A LARGE SAUTE OR FRYING PAN AND BROWN MEATBALLS. (APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES) TRANSFER TO A GLASS BAKING DISH AND BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES. ENJOY!
