1 CUP FLOUR 2 TABLESPOONS CORNSTARCH 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER ˝ TEASPOON SALT 1 EGG 1 CUP DARK BEER MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH A WISK OR FORK. COAT FISH OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO FRY AND ADD TO HOT OIL. FRY TO A GOLDEN BROWN. |
