ASIAN MARINADE

 

1 CUP OF SOY SAUCE

1 1/2 CUPS RICE WINE VINEGAR OR WHITE VINEGAR

1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE

3 TABLESPOONS HONEY OR SUGAR

1/2 CUP CHOPPED GARLIC

1/4 CUP CHOPPED GINGER

1 MEDIUM ONION SLICED AND HALVED

1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

 

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

PUT WHAT YOU WANT TO MARINATE IN LARGE ZIP LOCK BAG. CHICKEN OR COUNTRY STYLE PORK RIBS IS WHAT I USUALLY USE.

ADD THE MARINADE TO THE BAG AND SEAL, TRYING TO GET AS MUCH OF THE AIR OUT AS POSSIBLE.

LET SET IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR UP TO 48 HOURS.
